Bayou Lacombe, LA

A few days ago yours truly took a stroll at Bayou Lacombe during sunset! It was b-e-a-utiful son! Pelicans, sandpipers and egrets were flying everywhere. At the end of Lake Rd you can see where a dock once stood. Not sure if Katrina had a hand in its disappearance…but the skeleton left over provided some great shots. I grabbed my 100mm 2.8 macro and went to work. Here are some of the images I got. Word.
